Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
JustCue. is a local-first Android application. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your data.
Summary
- No account or sign-up is required or offered.
- No cloud storage or synchronisation — your reminders never leave your device.
- No advertising SDKs.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No internet connection is required to use the app, and the app requests no internet permission.
What data JustCue. stores
JustCue. stores only the reminders you create — the text you type, the schedule you choose (once, daily, weekly, or yearly), and the time. This data is stored in a local database on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
Permissions
JustCue. requests only the permissions required to reliably deliver reminders:
- Notifications — to show you the reminder when it's due.
- Receive boot completed — to reschedule your reminders after your phone restarts.
- Exact alarms (where required by your version of Android) — so reminders fire at the time you actually chose, not an approximation.
JustCue. does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, storage, or the internet.
Data sharing
JustCue. does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect or transmit any data in the first place. There are no servers involved in the app's operation.
Children's privacy
JustCue. does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if an optional cloud backup feature is ever introduced in the future — this page will be updated and the change will be clearly described here.
